A 27-year-old St. Cloud man has been arrested for allegedly violating a no-contact order and attacking his girlfriend. St. Cloud Police were called to the 10 block of Rivercrest Drive at about 3:30 Monday morning. The 25-year-old victim says Jacob Williams punched, scratched, and choked her several times. Her injuries are not life-threatening. Williams is in the Stearns County Jail facing charges of domestic assault, and no contact order violation.
