A St. Cloud man was arrested on charges of 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats Tuesday morning.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says officers responded to an assault report in the 700 block of 9th Street South at about 2 a.m. Officers learned that 24-year-old Isiah Oluwasheun Ero-Phillips had assaulted a 24-year-old man from St. Cloud in a golf club and threatened to kill him.

Ero-Phillips was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail. The victim refused to be treated at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
