A St. Cloud man was rushed to the emergency room with a head injury after falling from a 3rd floor balcony.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says 57-year-old Dale Eugene Nieman of St. Cloud was attempting to climb over to his neighbor’s balcony when he fell.

St. Cloud police have not determined if any criminal charges will be filed in this case.
