St. Cloud Mugging

A St. Cloud man was allegedly assaulted by two men while walking home from the downtown St. Cloud bar area Sunday morning around 1:40 am. Police say the 22 year old St. Cloud man was hit several times in the chest and had his money demanded from him by one of the men. The other man then grabbed his wallet and both of the suspects fled from the scene, knocking the glasses of the victim. The victim received only minor injuries and did not need medical attention.
The first suspect is described as 21 year old white man about five feet, nine inches tall, with a medium build and short spiky blonde hair. The other suspect is described as 20 year old black man about five feet, seven inches tall, medium build and very short black hair. The St. Cloud Police Department reminds residents to walk in groups and stay in well lit areas.
