St. Cloud Police Bust Two Loud Parties Over The Weekend

Seventy people were issued citations for underage consumption after officers were called to two loud parties over the weekend.
Early Sunday morning, St. Cloud Police officers were called to the 700 block of 6th Avenue South for a loud party complaint. According to the report, 20-year-old Kevin Terry Debord of the St. Cloud was the resident of the home and was cited for violation of the city’s noise and social host ordinances.
Officers also issued 24 people citations for underage consumption. One person was taken to the Stearns County Jail on charges of false information to police.
Late Saturday night, officers were called to the 500 block of 13th Street South for another loud party complaint at an apartment complex.
The renters, 19-year-old Coolcy Yang and 20-year-old Justin Vang were cited for loud party, social host and underage consumption of alcohol. Officers issued an additional 46 citations to people for underage consumption of alcohol.
Two women, one adult and one juvenile who are both under the age of 21, were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital due to their intoxication level.
