St. Cloud Police Respond To Bike Accident

On Tuesday, police were called to the intersection of Cooper Avenue and 30th Street South where an accident had occurred.
According to the police report, 12-year-old Trace Leclair Piner was riding his bicycle down an unmarked crosswalk across the road when he was struck by a car making a right turn.
Piner, who was not wearing a helmet at the time, suffered non life-threatening injuries and was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance. No charges have been filed.
