St. Cloud State University received a $205,510 College Readiness grant from Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation.

The funds will be used toward a program that helps improve mathematics skills of 11th and 12th grade low-income, minority students from Apollo and Technical high schools.

Students will receive advising and tutoring help from high school teachers and college tutors.

With the help of the grant, St. Cloud State will be able to prepare more St. Cloud high school students for college success.
