Three Arrested In Northeast St. Cloud After Gun Complaint

St. Cloud Police arrested three men on Sunday afternoon after police say a man complained he was being held inside a home that contained weapons and drugs.
St. Cloud Police negotiators and SWAT members were called to the 10th block of 12th Street Northeast. Officers surrounded the home and made contact with the men inside.
Police say 51-year-old David Evans Roll, 44-year-old John James Nesenson, and 40-year-old Steven Richard Pouliot were arrested without incident.
According to police, Roll was taken to the Benton County Jail on charges of False Imprisonment. Nesensen was charged with making terroristic threats and taking to the Benton County Jail. Both were later released without being formally charged.
Pouliot was arrested for an outstanding Stearns County warrant.
