Archived: Three Men Arrested After Robbery Investigation

Three people were arrested Thursday after an investigation of a robbery.

According to the St. Cloud Police Department, a 22-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man both of St. Cloud were assaulted and had items taken from them by four male suspects.

The College Area Police Services Team (CAPS) continued the investigation of the robbery which led to the arrest of 19-year-old Kevon Devante-Rayshun Ousley of St. Cloud and 19-year-old George Calvin Gregory of St. Cloud.

Ousely is being held at the Stearns County Jail pending charges of Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Robbery. Gregory was arrested and released.

According to the report, a search warrant was executed in the 1100 block of East St. Germain with the assistance of the St. Cloud Police SWAT team.  The CAPS team located and recovered evidence from the robbery at this location and arrested 20-year-old Elizer Rodiguez of Willmar on an unrelated felony warrant out of Kandiyohi County.

CAPS will continue to investigate the case and additional arrests are forthcoming.
