Two Arrested After Stabbing And Order Of Protection Violations

Two St. Cloud residents were arrested early Wednesday morning after St. Cloud police were called to the 1500 block of Sherburne Drive for a report of a stabbing. 35-year-old Daryl Christopher Bocharski of St. Cloud and his 51-year-old girlfriend were both arrested for order of protection violations after Bocharski allegedly stabbed his girlfriend in the hand.
Police found that the couple had order of protections keeping each from contacting the other. Bocharski was also arrested for second degree assault and transported to Sherburne County Jail. The victim was treated for her injuries at St. Cloud Hospital and transported to the Sherburne County Jail.
