Drivers traveling along 5th Street North otherwise known as Cooper Avenue North may need to add extra time onto their commute Tuesday.

The St. Cloud City Engineer’s Office says utility work in that area between 24th and 25th Avenue North will close Cooper Avenue North all day today. Crews will be working on storm drains in the area.

Cooper Avenue North should be reopened to traffic starting Wednesday.
