Waite Park Man Arrested For DWI And Cancellation-IPS

On Thursday night the St. Cloud Police Department conducted a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation.
According to the police report, 28-year-old Peter Luke Anderson from Waite Park showed signs of alcohol consumption and failed an on scene sobriety test. Anderson’s driving status was a cancelled inimical to public safety and has had three prior DWI convictions within the last ten years.
Anderson is being held for court on charges of 1st degree DWI, driving after cancellation-IPS and other traffic violations.
