Westbound I-94 Near Alberterville Reduced to One Lane

Travelers should expect delays on Interstate 94 heading west near Albertville tonight until early Tuesday morning.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the traffic on I-94 westbound will be reduced to one lane through the city of Albertville. The work will be between Highway 241 and County Road 19 during the lane closure.
MN-DOT expects all lanes to be opened by 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. The work is part of a project called a “lane collector-distributor improvement” that will allow westbound traffic on the interstate access to County Road 19 more easily.
Work on this project will be ongoing through December of this year.
