Woman Injured After Hitting A Car While Crossing Street

On Thursday night, the St. Cloud Police Department were called to the 3700 block of Division Street for an accident involving a pedestrian.
According to the report, 50-year-old Brenda Glaeser of Lino Lakes hit a vehicle while attempting to cross in the right lane. She was walking outside of the crosswalk and weaving between passing vehicles when she hit the front quarter panel of a car driven by 22-year-old Amanda Bunde of St. Cloud.
Glaeser was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Room for treatment of serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses at the scene confirmed that Glaeser and 50-year-old Wanda Gannon-Coon of Dawson were walking outside of the crosswalk, weaving between passing cars and were difficult to see.
There are no pending charges against Bunde at this time and the Minnesota State Patrol assisted at the scene and the investigation.
