A woman who rear ended a stopped car was taken to the hospital with injuries. Shortly after 7:30 Wednesday morning, Saint Cloud Police arrived to the crash at the intersection of 12th Street North and 28th Avenue North. Officers say a car driven by 34-year-old Gina Nowicki of Saint Joseph rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped on 12th Street North, driven by 24 year old Teresa Marie Nesteby of Sartell. Nesteby was waiting to make a left hand turn when she was hit. Nowicki was taken to the Saint Cloud Hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. Nowicki was also given a ticket for no insurance, inattentive driving, and no seatbelt.
