Men's Hockey Starts 2014 Strong

Entering the 2014-15 Men's Hockey campaign, St. Cloud State is facing a ton of expectations. Those expectations were partially answered against Trinity Western on Saturday night as the Huskies dominated in the exhibition contest.
The Huskies skated evenly with the Spartans in the first period until Joe Rehkamp scored the first of his two goals on the night. The second and third periods featured six other Huskies getting in the scoring column including Jimmy Murray, Garrett Milan, and freshman Patrick Russell. The Huskies eventually went on to grab the exhibition victory 8-0.
SCSU will face Colgate in a weekend series on Friday and Saturday at the National Hockey Center this weekend.
