Wrestling Success Continues

Last weekend the Husky wrestling team participated in the Ranger Duals in Kenosha, WI. SCSU remained undefeated after a trio of duals. Saturday the Huskies took down the University of Indianapolis 27-16, University of Findlay 31-7 and McKendree University by a score of 29-12.
SCSU Wrestler Shamus O’Grady has once again been named the NSIC wrestler of the week. It’s the third time this season that O’Grady has had the honor. Over the weekend he earned was a perfect 4-0 at the Ranger Duals. This season O’Grady is 26-1. The Husky wrestling squad currently owns a 41 dual winning streak. The team will put that to the test again this weekend at Augustana College in South Dakota on Friday at 7 p.m. before taking on the Mustangs of Southwest Minnesota State University on Saturday at 7. Both duals can be heard on the KVSC Sports Stream with John Peterson.
