kvsc_logo.gif1.) When did you get involved with 88.1 FM?
Spring of 2011
2.)  What show(s) do you currently host on KVSC and what programs have you hosted in the past?
I currently host the Afternoon Progressive Rock show Wednesday and Friday from 1-4
3.) Please list some of the artists and musicians you consider to be a must play on your show(s)?
Pretty much all of the sick hiphop coming straight outta Minneapolis.  Prof, Eyedea & Abilities, Grieves, Brother Ali, Atmosphere, and many more.  Also youll hear plenty of alternative and indie rock
4.) Why are you involved with independent community radio at 88.1 FM?
I want to get good music back on the airwaves.  If you listen to a top 40 station for more than an hour theres a pretty good chance youll try to find a dull knife and cut off your ear haha.  The underground scene is musics future
5.) What is in your personal CD player, iPod, or mp3 right now (BE HONEST)?
At the moment im spinning the classic Dr. Dre album, the chronic 2001 in my car
6.) Please disclose the most embarrassing music moment or concert you’ve attended or album you’ve bought (perhaps even shameful)?
I have this grammy nominees 2001 CD.  It has a fair share of backstreet boys, nsync, Britney spears and destinys child.
7.) What are your hobbies and interest?
Music, Politics, Sports, harassing Vikings fans, and hanging out with random people doing random things
8.) When you are not at work or KVSC, where can you most likely be found?
In Class, hittin the books in the library, chillin in my apartment, and cheering on the Green bay Packers
9.) If it were the end of the world and you could only take five things with you, what would they be (BE HONEST)?
Well if it were the end of the world that probably really wouldn’t matter haha but anyway, id bring a cd player, all my cd’s, a couple friends to BS with, my poker chips, and my Tupac Only God Can Judge Me poster
10.) What do you think is the future of radio?

I think for radio to be viable in the future there has to be a return to local ownership and diverse programming.  How many classic rock and top 40 stations do we need?  Lets get some hiphop and reggae on the air!  Theres no reason in a major market like Minneapolis you shouldn’t be able to hear at least ten different genres of music
