seans_picture.JPG1.)  When did you get involved with 88.1 FM?

In 2008 darted down to the basement of Stewart Hall to see where all the good music was coming from.

2.)  What show(s) do you currently host on KVSC and what programs have you hosted in the past?
I've decided to go a little more mellow with music - hence the Wed. 9-noon Morning Show Pt. deux.
3.)  Please list some of the artists and musicians you consider to be a must play on your show(s)?

LCD Soundsystem - The Black Keys - The National - David Bowie - Andrew Bird - and oddities; I like those... I am EVERYWHERE for the most part, just keep it going STELLAR (good word).

4.)  Why are you involved with independent community radio at 88.1 FM?

It’s muy importante. It’s the best stimulus plan ever. It’s a source and outlet for creativity and entrepreneurship. It inspires in ways that nothing else will.  It brings color to the world of music and thought. :)

5.)  What is in your personal CD player, iPod, or mp3 right now (BE HONEST)?

Not a fair question…. BUT, right now:  Bill Cosby – “Disco Bill” from the 1970s.  He’s a brilliant man in so many ways.  Look up a song by him called ‘Rudy’ hahah!

6.)  Please disclose the most embarrassing music moment or concert you’ve attended or album you’ve bought (perhaps even shameful)?

‘Totally Dance.’ I Bought it because I really liked Moby’s single, ‘South Side’ and that now horrid techno song, 'Sandstorm.'

7.)  What are your hobbies and interests?

fierce laughter. brutal sarcasm. thesauri. blasphemies. mutha' nature. realism. surrealism.
-copied and pasted directly from my facebook.

8.)  When you are not at work or KVSC, where can you most likely be found?

My good friend, the library is my keeper for most of the days of my life… My trash-heap of an apartment is a safe bet too.

9.)  If it were the end of the world and you could only take five things with you, what would they be (BE HONEST)?

A good pair of slacks… Tuna Helper… my thesaurus… an iPod with infinite battery life… & a dancing partner.

10.)  What do you think is the future of radio?

World peace.
