Hip Hop Against Homophobia, October 18, 2012
On October 18, 2012 SCSU students and community members gathered in the Atwood Ballroom to celebrate Hip Hop that fights homophobic messages. Featured artists include: Guante, Toki Wright, Big Cats, Heidi Barton Stink, Kaoz, and See More Perspective. All of these artists are identified as LGTBQ or Striaght Allies. The artists were selected by Guante to perform because of their vocal support of equality in terms of sexual orientation as well as their eloquence in spreading that message.
