KVSC's PLUG-IN: Your Vote
During the month of October 2004, KVSC presented the PLUG-IN: Your Vote campaign to raise voter awareness in the St. Cloud Area. Rhymesayers recording artists Brother Ali and BK-One did a free show for fans on The Atwood Mall to show their support for the event. Almost 500 people turned out to see one of the best hip hop acts in the state and loved every minute of it. Not to mention that over 200 new voter registration forms were filed that day. It was a big hit with the station and the community, thanks to all the heads who came out that fine day.
We hope to have the Brother Ali interview posted in the near future...
