Tom Roberts is a nationally recognized educator, author and speaker who translates mindfulness techniques into practical strategies for enjoying a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life. He's the author of The Mindfulness Workbook: A Beginner's Guide to Overcoming fear and Embracing Compassion. Most recently, he's an instructor at St. Cloud State. His course, Mindfulness Based Approaches to Healing, focuses on integrating healing practices in counseling and other helping professions.
