SUMMARY:Student Juried Art Show at CSB-SJU
DESCRIPTION:The College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University is presenting a Student Juried Art show called “@Art.” \nIt’s a celebration of the creativity and innovative spirit of the student body in this juried exhibit. It features artwork in a range of mediums and will feature to two & three dimensional work as well as video submissions. More than 30 student artists were selected for the show. \nThe @ART exhibition opens Friday\, January 29th at CSB Gorecki Gallery and will be on view through March 18th. \n**There is a with a reception and awards ceremony on Saturday\, February 12th from 5- 7 p.m. The award winning student artists will be announced at 6 p.m. \n\nRadio: We have a link to more details at KVSC.org\, visit the Area Events page.

SUMMARY:'Junctures' on display in Kiehle Gallery at SCSU
DESCRIPTION:The Kiehle Visual Arts Gallery at St. Cloud State University is hosting an exhibit called Junctures this month. \n“Junctures” by Megan Vossler and her featured works in the exhibit bridge the span between pre- and late-pandemic life\, exploring this uncertain time through three different subjects: water\, the sky and everyday domestic objects. \nFor example the work “Untitled (Days)” consists of 365 watercolor paintings\, one made each day over the span of one year and is exhibited for the first time in its entirety.  The exhibit is on display during gallery hours through March 30th. \n**The Department of Art will hold a live-stream viewing event of the Twin Cities artist’s talk in the gallery at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday\, March 16.
