Husky Spotlight: The Spotlight on the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)

In this Husky Spotlight episode, KVSC News Director talks with Prophete Isingizwe (ee-suh-geez-way) who is the president of SCSU’s chapter of National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).

NSBE is one of the largest student-governed organizations in the country and includes more than 394 chapters in the United States and abroad. The club offers a place for STEM majors who are people of color to come together and find build a community as well as build their professional network.

Prophete talks about his experience in the club so far, his goal for the student organization going forward, events coming up, and how students can get involved.
