Authorities are still searching for information related a fight involving a knife in Waite Park that sent a victim to the hospital last Friday.

The Waite Park Police Department responded to a call around 8:30 p.m. of a domestic assault situation in progress. When they arrived, they found it was not a domestic situation. However, a fight had taken place, leaving a victim with a cut on their face. The two people involved in the fight fled. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office deployed a drone to find them, with no luck. However, the victim showed up at the hospital shortly after. Their injuries were not serious and police have not released the gender of the victim.
