In remembrance of Vietnam, one St. Cloud non-profit has hit it big with a grant.

A spokesperson for the HomeFront Resource Center in St. Cloud announced the non-profit received a $20,000 grant from the Minnesota Humanities Center to hold discussions on Central Minnesota Remembers Vietnam. The discussions offer community members a chance to share stories.

The HomeFront Resource Center will begin holding events in spring 2018 to remember the war in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

The organization has a professional staff member assisting veterans, active service members and families with education, housing, employment, wellness and family needs.
