An argument between two men Sunday afternoon turned violent as one reportedly assaulted the other with a baseball bat.

St. Cloud Police say a 35-year-old man was found with a non-life threatening head injury in front of his house on 15th Avenue North. He was brought to the St. Cloud Hospital where he told police he was arguing with a friend over personal property before the fight started.

Later that day, the suspect 37-year-old Charles Toy Jr., went to the police department to explain his side of the story. Toy was arrested and is facing charges of 2nd degree assault.
