Learn more about self-love and examine beauty standards at the upcoming Women on Wednesday lecture next week.

“Testify,” will feature award-winning writer and filmmaker Sha Cage. She is the co-founder of Mama Mosaic Theater and has received multiple awards for her work. Cage will bring the audience through her story as she touches on themes of beauty image and empowerment.

St. Cloud State University’s Women Center is putting on this event. The lecture will be at noon on Wednesday, October 18 in the Atwood Theatre on SCSU’s campus. The event is free and open to the public.
