A man from Princeton ran from the scene of a car accident on Friday.

Minnesota State Patrol Sargent Jesse Grabow says 26-year-old Anthony James McCartney was driving is car south on Highway 169 at high speed when he struck another vehicle and both cars rolled into the ditch. McCartney then fled on foot from the scene.

All the passengers from the other car were wearing their seat belts, and went to North Memorial Princeton for non-life threatening injuries.
