The State Patrol says a distracted driver rolled her car over into a ditch Tuesday night.

According to Sergeant Jesse Grabow, just after 8:20 p.m. 35-year-old, Cynthia Flemal, of Watertown was going west on Highway 55 when she drove into a ditch and rolled. The report says she was looking at her cell phone.

She was driving her car near Colbert Avenue in Maple Lake Township.

Flemal was taken to Buffalo Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
