On Wednesday morning a bus was rear ended in Litchfield.

According to Minnesota State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow, a Meeker County Transit Bus came to a safety stop at a railroad crossing and was rear ended by 28-year-old Kelsey Halverson, of Wilmar, and her vehicle full of children.

The only injury was non-life threatening and was to the oldest child in the SUV. Three-year-old Peyton Halverson was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident and was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital.
