From a dreamer to an achiever- one St. Cloud State University alumna will share this message Wednesday on campus.

St. Cloud Police Officer Talisha Barlow will speak about her path becoming the first African American women police officer at the St. Cloud Police Department.

Barlow’s talk will be presented by the SCSU Women’s Center. The speech will take place Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in the North Glacier Room in the Atwood Memorial Center. This event is open to the public.
