This month, history is becoming herstory. Gov. Mark Dayton signed a bill declaring March “Women’s History Month.”

Dayton says, “During Women’s History Month, I urge all Minnesotans to reflect on the significant achievements that have been made by women in our state, and across our country.”

According to a Wallet-hub survey, Minnesota is ranked number one as best state for women in the U.S.

International Woman’s Day falls in March- on March 8- promoting the celebration of women.
