Traffic on Interstate-94 was disrupted Wednesday morning when a man jumped off a bridge in Avon.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a 53-year-old man parked his car on the Country Road 9 Bridge just before 8 a.m. He then got out of his car and jumped off the bridge onto the interstate. He was struck and killed by a semi going east bound on 94.
