You may have noticed flags around town flying at half-staff Wednesday? The State of Minn. says Gov. Mark Dayton declared today Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

The attack on Pearl Harbor happened Dec. 7, 1941, making Wednesday the 75th anniversary.

To honor the more than 2,400 Americans who lost their lives during the attack, flags are flying at half-staff at all state and federal buildings from sunrise to sunset.
