Archived: The Salvation Army Is Setting The Thanksgiving Table For St. Cloud Folks
Not everyone has a family to visit or a full table on Thanksgiving. The Salvation Army is opening its doors and setting the table for anyone who needs a place to go this year.
Lt. Col. Lonneal Richardson, leader of the Salvation Army Northern Division, says the St. Cloud location will have a free meal on Thanksgiving Day from 11:30 a.m. -12:45 p.m. No registration is required and all are welcome.
The Salvation Army building is located at 400 US-10 in St. Cloud.
The Salvation Army Northern Division has been serving Minnesota and North Dakota since 1886. It covers 140 counties and provides food, shelter and clothing for more than 480 thousand people a year.
