Archived: Council Will Review Liquor License Requests At Monday Meeting In St. Cloud
Liquor licenses will be discussed at the next St. Cloud City Council meeting Monday.
On the council’s agenda is the approval of a temporary intoxicating liquor license for an upcoming spaghetti fundraiser. If approved, alcohol can be sold in the gym at 1215 11th Ave. N. during the dinner Nov. 19.
The council will also review a proof of liquor liability insurance for another upcoming event, which will be held at Lake George. The Minnesota Youth Foundation is hosting a hockey tournament Jan. 27-29. The foundation is asking for council approval of a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license, and to exempt them from the city’s noise ordinance.
Monday’s meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
