A home in Eden Lake Township was damaged in a fire Sunday evening.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says 56-year-old Colleen Barbara Best owns the home. Just after 6 p.m. a fire broke out, and Best was able to seek help from her neighbors.

They called 911, but the house was fully engulfed in flames by the time authorities arrived. Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.

The home is located along Raymond Avenue in Eden Valley.

Watkins Ambulance, Eden Valley Fire and Rescue and Chain of Lakes Fire and Rescue assisted the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office at the scene.
