The St. Cloud City Council will meet next week to talk about police and fire training and a new massage facility on a college campus.

The council meeting will start with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence for our troops serving in the Armed Forces.

On the agenda for the evening is the review of an on-sale intoxicating and special Sunday liquor license application for a bar and restaurant. JL Beers in downtown St. Cloud submit the application, and the council is scheduled to set a public hearing for Nov. 14.

The council is also set to adopt proposals for three structures to be used for police and fire department training. The addresses of these three locations are listed on KVSC dot org slash news.

Also on the agenda is the approval of a health inspection for a new massage facility license at St. Cloud State University.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Monday in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
