Archived: SCSU School Of Public Affairs Names 15 People To External Advisory Council
To ensure success of the St. Cloud State University School of Public Affairs, its first ever external advisory council was formed.
The council is made up of 15 members who will meet twice a year to give advice on the school’s curriculum, careers, funding and research opportunities.
Jim Graves, CEO of Graves Hospitality Corp., was named council chair and Attorney Debra Yerigan, of Messerli & Kramer, was named vice-chair.
The school plans to add another 10-15 members next year.
Dean of the School of Public Affairs, King Banian, says, “I’m proud to stand with this very distinguished group of leaders who have volunteered their time and talent to our school. They provide a wide range of expertise in areas of public service as expert practitioners.”
