One man was taken to the emergency room and another to the hospital for mental review after a crash on Highway 23 Friday, Sept. 30.

A St. Cloud Police report says 28-year-old Mohamed Hassan Rage was driving the wrong way on the highway through St. Cloud. Daren Protolipac, 40, turned onto 23 and collided with Rage.

Protolipac was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital to treat non-life threatening injuries. Rage was also brought to the hospital for mental review.

Rage is facing possible charges of 2nd degree assault.
