An investigation after a knife attack in July has led to the arrest of 22-year-old Khadar Abdi Isse.

Waite Park Police Chief David Bentrud says the arrest was made Monday.

Robbery was a possible motive in the attack.

On the night of the attack, the victim survived injuries and was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment.

Isse is being held in Stearns County Jail pending a court appearance and facing charges of second degree assault.
