A fiery car crash in Brockway Township sends St. Cloud man to hospital Tuesday night.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner reports at 10:15 p.m. Aaron Fleck lost control of his car near County Road 1.

After hitting several trees, the car came to a stop in someone’s front yard and caught fire. Bystanders were able to pull Fleck from the car.

After being taken to the St. Cloud Hospital he was airlifted for further treatment of his injuries at Hennepin County Medical Center.

The crash is under investigation by the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office
