A St. Cloud man was taken to the hospital after his vehicle rolled Wednesday afternoon.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner says deputies responded to a report of an accident on County Road 10 in Albany Township at 2 p.m.

Deputies learned 29-year-old Merrill Adam Binnall of St. Cloud was driving a commercial vehicle south on County Road 10 when he felt it move back and forth. He lost the control and swerved off the road and went into the ditch, rolling the vehicle on its side.

Binnall was taken to the CentraCare Hospital in Melrose.

The Albany Fire and Rescue assisted the sheriff’s office on the scene. The Minnesota State Patrol is carrying out a commercial vehicle inspection to find out the cause of the accident.
