St. Cloud officers responded to a single car crash on the south side of the city late Thursday night.

Police say 22-year-old Robert Paumen from Maple Lake was driving on Maine Prairie Road when his car veered off the road and struck a tree near the intersection of 14th Street South. Once on the scene officers arrested Paumen for suspected DUI. Authorities obtained a search warrant and are awaiting the results of the blood test.

No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
