A team from St. Cloud School District 742 will be competing at the Dream it. Do It. Minnesota State VEX Robotics Tournament this weekend at the River’s Edge Convention Center.

Team number 1535Y also known as S.A.M.E. qualified to compete at the state tournament after earning the title of tournament champions at the Northwest Minnesota robotics tournament hosted by Northland Community College in Thief River Falls.

The St. Cloud team has had a very successful season earning special recognition at the Metro Minnesota Vex Robotics Tournament after receiving the Judges Award for their high scores.

The state Tournament will be held at the River’s Edge Convention Center in downtown St. Cloud, January 29-30. Teams from high schools, Boy Scout troops, and 4-H programs from around Minnesota will compete.
