ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) – A 70-year-old St. Cloud woman has died after she was hit by a vehicle earlier this month while crossing the street.

Police say Jean Audry Peters was walking across 9th Avenue in St. Cloud on Tuesday, Dec. 15 when she was struck by a 28-year-old male driver. She was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police say Peters’ family informed authorities on Monday that she has died.
