Drivers in St. Cloud should be aware of a road closure on the north part of the city Wednesday.

The City Engineering Office says the 1900 block of 3rd Street North will have minor temporary lane closures. The closures are due to collection of core samples of the road as part of an ongoing Pavement Aging Study done by Minnesota Department of Transportation and the city.

Drivers are encouraged to follow the instructions given by flaggers. The closure will be complete the same day, weather permitting.
