Drivers in Little Falls should be aware of a week-long road closure on Highway 27 starting Monday.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the road between First Street Northwest and Paul Larson Memorial Drive will be closed due to a road construction.

Crews work on to reconstruct and realign the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway crossing. A detour is available from Paul Larson Memorial Drive and County Road 52 and Lindbergh Drive northwest.

The road is scheduled to reopen at 6 p.m. next Monday.
