You may notice people dressed in pink around town Tuesday. St. Cloud State University’s Women’s Center is organizing a rally for national #PinkOut Day in support of Planned Parenthood. The rally begins Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. in front of Planned Parenthood in St. Cloud.
